How long does it take to develop a social media strategy?
On average, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to finalise the key messages and brand guidelines, and 4 to 8 weeks for a full launch or a large-scale campaign involving advanced moderation. Can I approve posts myself before they are published?
Yes, without fail. We’ll set up a tool suited to your technical capabilities (Notion, Metricool, Planable) and train your team on how to use it. You’ll then be able to edit the text, adjust the visuals and set the dates entirely on your own.
Will my brand be clearly visible in the algorithms?

Do you work on projects outside Benin?

What is the difference between a redesign and a new account?
A redesign builds on your existing community and tone to modernise them (layouts, visuals and headlines) whilst retaining your current followers. A new account starts from scratch with a new visual identity. We recommend a redesign when your brand is strong but your social media presence is underperforming.
Do you offer post-delivery crisis management?
